摘  要:“1+X”证书制度是国家实施职业教育改革的重要举措之一。文中基于“1+X”证书制度背景下,首先分析了“1+X”证书制度理论和试点院校及专业研究综述;其次从物流管理职业技能等级标准、高职物流管理教学标准与社会物流行业企业人才需求标准匹配度和高职物流管理教学标准和职业技能等级标准融合三个方面分析现状,提出了社会物流行业经济发展速度高于高职物流管理教学标准、社会对高职院校的认可度影响高职院校招收高层次生源和高职物流管理教学标准与育人模式创新力不够三个问题;最后针对相应问题给出了具体的解决对策。“1+X”certificate system is an important measure to the national vocational education reform.Based on“1+X”certificate system background,the paper firstly analyzed the theory of the“1+X”certificate system and the literatures of the pilot colleges and professional research;secondly,from three aspects of logistics management professional skill level standard,the matching degree between higher vocational logistics management teaching standards and social logistics industry enterprises'talent demand standards and the integration of higher vocational logistics management teaching standards and professional skill level standards,raised three problems that social logistics industry economic growth rate is higher than the teaching standard of higher vocational logistics management,social acceptance of higher vocational colleges has an influence on them to recruit high-level students and the innovation of vocational logistics management teaching standards and education model is not enough;finally,put forward concrete solutions for the respective problems.
