摘  要:我国法科硕士招生规模扩大与学术能力培养之间的二元背离导致了师生关系的非学术化,研究生培养质量下滑。传授型法科硕士教育模式对师生关系的学术化有所制约,因而难以应对现行挑战。尝试开展合作型法科硕士教育正是对既有模式的制度重构。这种合作模式以学术能力培养为核心,借由师生间的合作研究与共同实践而重塑学术共同体,最终达到有效提升法学理论与实践技艺的教育目标。The dual deviation between the expansion of law master enrollment and cultivation of academic competence in China has led to the non-academic relationship between teachers and students as well as the decline of the quality of postgraduate education.The teaching-based education mode of Master of Law restricts the academic relationship between teachers and students,thus making it difficult to cope with the current challenges.The attempt to carry out can be regarded as the reconstruction of the existing system.The new education mode,with the cultivation of academic competence as its core,reshapes the academic community through cooperative research and common practice between teachers and students,and ultimately achieves the educational goal of effectively developing theoretical accomplishments of the law and improving practical skills.
