摘 要:现代产业学院是促进产教融合的有效平台。纵观我国产业学院建设10年历程,其经历了起步试点、加速发展、提质培优三个阶段。基于实证研究发现,现代产业学院具有建设背景产业化、产权结构多元化、服务功能复合化、治理体系现代化等特征。在深化产教融合背景下,现代产业学院呈现快速发展态势,但也面临建设策略模糊、治理体系滞后、育人模式僵化等问题。因此,要着力构建依链建院、院园合一;多元协同、共建共治;在园在岗、育训结合的现代产业学院建设新路径。The modern industry college is an effective platform to promote the integration of industry and education.Throughout the 10-year history of the construction of industrial colleges in China,it has experienced three stages:initial pilot,accelerated development,and quality improvement.Based on empirical research,it is found that modern industry college has the characteristics of industrialization of the construction background,diversified property rights structure,complex service functions,and modernized governance system.In the context of deepening the integration of industry and education,modern industry colleges are showing a trend of rapid development,but they also face problems such as fuzzy construction strategies,lagging governance systems,and rigid education models.Therefore,a new path of constructing modern industrial colleges is recommended:building industrial colleges in accordance with the industrial chain and in combination with industrial park,collaborating diversely and constructing and governing synergistically,and educating and training collaboratively in the industrial colleges and on the internship position.
