摘  要:通过分析我国全面建成小康社会后,中小学教师面临的新机遇和新挑战,厘清品格、品行、品位三者的概念和功能轮廓,探讨其具体实施路径,发现习近平总书记提出的“大先生”理念完全适用于指引中小学教师发展方向,有利于在师生中形成以品格为核心,囊括价值、行为和情感三方的稳固关系,符合中小学新课程改革的方向,符合社会主义现代化强国建设目标的要求。This paper analyzes the new opportunities and challenges faced by primary and secondary school teachers after China has built a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,clarifies the concept and functional outline of teaching morality,conducts and tastes,and explores the specific implementation path.It is found that the concept of“Guru-teachers”proposed by General Secretary Xi Jin-ping is fully applicable to guide the development direction of primary and secondary school teacher,which is calling for a healthier tripartite relationship among values,conducts and emotions.It is also in total compliance with the current Chinese primary and secondary education reform's priority on cultivating the integrity of students,and the requirements of the goal of building a socialist modern power.
