摘　　要：生产实习是工程教育背景下本科生必不可少的教学环节,是使学生将专业知识与生产实践相结合的教学形式。针对以往统一管理单一实习模式的弊端,探索更多新型生产实习模式,实现多模式相互认可、互补兼容。实践效果表明,新的实习模式更好地覆盖了本科毕业生潜在的出路,基本使学生得到了对自己毕业后帮助最大的实习效果,满足了本科生毕业后对新的学习或者工作环境具有初步认知的需求,同时得到了读研学生学校和就业学生单位的较高评价。Production practice is an indispensable teaching part for undergraduates under the background of engineering education.It is a teaching form that enables students to combine professional knowledge with producing practice.Aiming at the drawbacks of the unified management and single practice mode in the past,more new production practice modes were explored,and the mutual recognition,complementarity and compatibility of multiple modes were realized.Practical results show that the new internship mode better covers the potential outlets of undergraduate graduates,and basically enables students to get the most effective internships after graduation,and meets the needs of undergraduates to have a preliminary understanding of new learning or working environment after graduation.At the same time,it has been highly evaluated by the school that students will study and the employing student unit.
