摘　　要：结合当代的文献和政策研究,构建一个符合中国国情以及时代特征的师德内涵模型。师德内涵模型作为外在的师德规范为师德的养成提供外部参照的同时,从心理学视角探讨教师应如何主动构建和内化师德,最终把握师德形成的关键要素并探讨师德的形成路径,使教师树立师德信念,将师德内化于心,外化于行。Through combining with the research of literature and policy,the research constructs the teacher’s ethics connotation model which is in accordance with China’s national condition and the characteristics of the times.As the exterior teacher’s ethics standard,teacher’s ethics connotation model not only provides external reference for teacher’s ethics cultivation,but also explores how to actively construct and internalize teacher’s ethics from the perspective of psychological perspective.Finally the key elements of teacher’s ethics formation are grasped,and the formation path is explored,to make teachers establish teacher’s ethics belief,internalize it into heart,and externalize it into behavior.
