摘  要:新时代需要德智体美劳全面发展的人才,需要大中小学一体化、"五育"并举、家庭学校社会协同合力育人。但由于历史和现实原因,我国现阶段教育却存在明显的重于智、轻于德、弱于体美、失于劳的状况。如何将缺失的"劳"捡起来并最大化地发挥劳育功能是目前劳动教育亟待解决的中心问题,也是新时代劳动教育改革与创新的内在要求。其中,大力推进大中小学劳动教育一体化是摆脱劳育困境、实现劳育目标的关键。这就需要在明确新时代劳动教育一体化的重要意义,认清其客观要求基础上,从学校、家庭、社会入手,形成全方位全过程劳动教育的合力育人态势、多层次劳动教育的协同育人机制,以实现劳动教育的良好衔接,发挥其应有的效果。The new era needs talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,integration of colleges,primary and middle schools,simultaneous development of five educations,and collaborative education by families,schools and society.However,due to historical and practical reasons,there is an obvious situation in China’s education at this stage,which is more intelligence,less morality,weak physics and art,and loss of labor.How to pick up the missing labor and give full play to the goal is not only the central problem to be solved in labor education,but also the internal requirement of labor education reform and innovation in the new era.Among them,vigorously promoting the integration of labor education in colleges,primary and middle schools is the key to get rid of the dilemma and achieve the goal of labor education.On the basis of clarifying the significance of the integration of labor education in the new era and recognizing its objective requirements,it is necessary to form a joint situation of all-round and whole process labor education and a collaborative education mechanism of multi-level labor education based on schools,families and society,so as to realize the good connection of labor education and give full play to its due effect.
