摘 要:目前,我国铁路货车正处于由“计划预防修”向“状态修”过渡的关键时期。货车车轮作为走行部核心零部件,是制定货车检修周期的重要依据。以C_(80)型运煤敞车为研究对象,综合历史检修数据、车辆运行里程数据、“状态修”试验列运行数据,对车轮踏面磨耗进行分析,并进行车轮检修周期评价。分析结果表明:选取40万km作为检修周期,既可以保证安全性,又与“状态修”总体检修周期相匹配。研究成果有助于铁路货车进行基于状态的维修策略升级,对铁路货车运维提质增效具有积极意义。At present,China's railway wagons are in a critical period of transition from"planned preventive maintenance"to"condition-based maintenance".As core components of the running gear,wagon wheels are an important basis for determining the maintenance cycle of wagons.Taking C_(80) coal open top wagon as the research object,this article analyzes the wheel tread wear and evaluates the wheel maintenance cycle based on historical maintenance data,vehicle running mileage data and"condition-based maintenance"test train op⁃eration data.The analysis results indicate that 400,000 km as the maintenance cycle can not only ensure the safety,but also match the overall maintenance cycle of"condition-based maintenance".The research re⁃sults are helpful to upgrade the condition-based maintenance strategy of railway wagons,and are of positive significance for improving the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance of railway wagons.
