摘 要:为改善木薯叶青贮品质,研究蔗糖对木薯叶青贮品质及营养成分的影响,以华南7号木薯幼嫩茎叶为原料,设对照组(直接青贮)和添加蔗糖组(添加比例为0.5%、1%、2%、4%,干重),青贮30 d后分析其主要的营养成分和青贮发酵品质。结果表明:木薯叶直接青贮pH较高,青贮品质较低;添加蔗糖处理能显著降低木薯叶青贮的pH和丁酸含量(P<0.05),并显著提高乳酸含量(P<0.05);添加蔗糖处理能显著提高干物质(DM)含量(P<0.05),降低中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05),提高饲料相对值(RFV)。添加蔗糖能改善木薯叶青贮品质并提升营养价值,最适宜添加量为1%。To improve the fermentation quality of Cassava foliage silage,the effect of sucrose on the quality and nutrient composition of Cassava foliage silage was studied.The young stems and leowes of Huanan No.7 cassava were taken as material,and the control(direct silage)and sucrose group(0.5%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%,dry weight)were designed.All treatments were ensiled for 30 days,and then the fermentation quality,nutrients content of the Cassava foliage silage were analyzed.Results show the CK had higher pH and lower silage quality.The addition of sucrose can significantly reduce the pH and butyric acid content of Cassava foliage silage and increase the lactic acid content.The addition of sucrose significantly increased the content(P<0.05)of dry matter(DM),decreased the content(P<0.05)of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acidic detergent fiber(ADF),increased the relative value of feed(RFV).The addition of sucrose can improve the quality of Cassava foliage silage and enhance the nutritional value.The optimal addition amount was 1%.
