摘 要:通过对云南16州市402位民族地区中小学教师的专业发展现状进行"深描",可以全面了解云南少数民族地区中小学教师专业发展的现状,找出专业发展中存在的问题与不足并分析其成因,以实践共同体理论为基础,并结合实际提出适合云南少数民族地区中小学教师专业发展的对策和建设性建议,以促进少数民族地区中小学教师的专业发展。Though the "deep description" of the professional development status of 402 primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas of 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan,the present situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development in Yunnan minority areas can be fully understood;meanwhile, the problems and shortcomings existing in the professional development and the causes of them can be found out. Based on the theory of community of practice and combined with the actual situation, the countermeasures and constructive suggestions suitable for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in Yunnan minority areas are put forward to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in these areas.
