摘　　要：以成果导向教育理念建设在线开放课程,可以保障教学目标恰当对接行业需求,实现教学评价与能力评价相统一。“动物繁殖”在线开放课以专业培养目标为指导,确定课程教学目标,依据课程目标选择教学内容并精制在线资源,并以学生为中心,运用混合教学模式,开展行动导向学习,学生的畜牧专业技术能力和职业素养明显提高,取得了较好的教学效果。The construction of online open courses based on the result-oriented education concept can ensure that the teaching objectives are properly matched to the needs of the industry,and the teaching evaluation and ability evaluation can be unified.The“Animal Breeding”online open course is guided by professional training goals to determine the course teaching goals,select teaching content and refine online resources based on the course goals,and focus on students,use a mixed teaching model,carry out action-oriented learning,and students'professional skills in animal husbandry ability and professionalism have been significantly improved,and a good teaching effect has been achieved.
