高校高水平运动队运动员领导角色对群体凝聚力的影响

摘　　要：为促进高校高水平运动队的群体凝聚力,本研究聚焦高校高水平运动员的领导角色,采用量表对465名高水平运动员进行问卷调查,力图厘清运动员服务型领导、责任知觉、组织认同与群体凝聚力之间的关系。结果表明:在高校高水平运动队中,运动员领导角色的服务型领导对群体凝聚力有正向预测作用;责任知觉、组织认同在服务型领导与群体凝聚力之间起中介作用;“领导成员关系”在运动员服务型领导与组织认同之间起调节作用。研究结论为高水平运动队凝聚力建设提供真实可靠的数据参考。To focused on the leadership of athletes,the influence of servant leadership on group cohesion in high-level sports teams was clarified.In this study,465 student-athletes were investigated by using service-oriented leadership.The results showed that in the high-level sports teams of universities,the service-oriented leadership of athletes had a positive predictive effect on group cohesion.Perceived responsibility and organizational identity had mediate effect between service-oriented leadership and group cohesion.Leader-member exchange played a moderating role between servant leadership and organizational identity of athletes.The research conclusion provided a real and reliable reference for the cohesion construction of high-level sports teams.
