摘  要:高光谱成像(Hyperspectral Imaging,HSI)是一种摒弃常规品质检测手段,融合传统光谱信息与图像信息技术,达到对试验样品特征可视化分布的技术。近年来,HSI技术已经广泛应用于水产品品质检测中,通过建立化学计量学模型,快速、准确、无损地预测水产品品质变化。综述了HSI成像系统的工作原理,处理方法及其在水产品品质(物理特性,化学品质及微生物污染)检测的应用;同时,对HSI技术在算法优化、实际工厂应用进行了展望,以期开发出更节约时间、精准预测的算法,早日应用于实际生活中。Hyperspectral imaging(HSI)is a technology,which throws out conventional quality testing methods and combines traditional spectral information and image information technology to achieve visual distribution of experimental samples.Recently,HSI technology has been widely used in prediction of aquatic product qualities with rapid,accurate and non-destructive method by establishing stoichiometric models.In this article,basic principles,process flowcharts,and applications of HSI technology in the detection of aquatic product qualities(physical properties,chemical qualities and microbial pollution)were reviewed.We expected that more simple algorithms and accurate prediction of HSI technology wouldl be applied to industry in the near future.
