摘　　要：白酒是我国传统文化传承和具有悠久历史的食品,是世界上六大著名蒸馏酒之一。湖南由于特殊的环境为酿造优质白酒提供了天然条件,湖南白酒产业正面临快速发展期,在新的机遇面前,迫切需要多措并举加快发展壮大白酒产业,全面推进“湘酒振兴”。全面分析湘酒产业发展的现状及存在的问题,同时提出了促进湖南白酒产业转型发展的对策。Baijiu are food industry with long tradition and History in China and one of the six famous distilled spirits in the world.Hu'nan has provided a natural opportunity for brewing of high quality Baijiu due to its special environment.Hu'nan Baijiu industry is facing a new period of rapid development.In the face of the new opportunities,it is urgent to take multiple measures to accelerate the development and expansion of the province's Baijiu industry,and comprehensively promote the“revitalization of Hu'nan Baijiu”.This paper deeply analyzed the present situation and influence factors of the development of Hu'nan's Baijiu industry,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and development of Hu'nan's Baijiu industry.
