摘　　要：食品安全监管是社会安全保障体系重要的组成部分,从海关执法角度探讨食品安全标准管理体系,有利于更好地完善我国食品安全治理制度,保障我国食品安全和人民健康。海关负责出入境食品安全监管,在我国食品安全标准管理体系中发挥着衔接内外的桥梁作用。随着改革的深入,我国形成了以市场监管、海关、卫生健康委和农业农村部为主体的新的食品安全监管体系。通过综述这一新的监管体系,阐述海关如何在这一管理体系中发挥好职能作用,以保障食品安全。Food safety supervision methods play an important role in social security system.To establish and do some research on a standard food safety administration system will be useful to promote food security level of the whole country and protect human health.Customers is responsible for supervising entry-exit food safety of the country which plays as a bridge between inner and abroad on the communication of food safety laws,regulations and standards.With the further development of reform and opening up,our government has already established a new food security supervision system formed by the market supervision department,customers department,the health commission which play different part in the whole food safety chain.In this review,we summarized the role of customs in the protection of food secutrty.
