摘  要:近年来,教育部大力推进新工科建设,鼓励高校探索形成领跑全球工程的中国教育模式,促进国家人才培养和强国建设,而学科竞赛的开展正好可以为教学改革及创新人才培养带来积极的促进作用。文章针对交通工程教学环节中存在的问题,结合交通工程专业特点,探索本科课堂教学与学科竞赛相互促进、学科竞赛与实践教学互联互通等多种培养模式,进而形成学科竞赛驱动下的交通工程专业教学改革措施,旨在提高交通工程专业教学质量,培养学生的实践能力、创新能力以及分析解决问题的能力。In recent years,the Ministry of Education has been actively promoting the construction of new engi⁃neering,calling for the exploration of a Chinese model leading the global engineering education,helping the culti⁃vation of talents in higher education and the construction of a powerful country,and the development of discipline competition can bring a positive role in promoting the teaching reform and the cultivation of innovative talents.In view of the problems existing in the teaching process of traffic engineering,combined with the characteristics of traffic engineering specialty,this paper explores a variety of training modes,such as the mutual promotion of un⁃dergraduate classroom teaching and discipline competition,the interconnection of discipline competition and practice teaching,and then forms the teaching reform measures of traffic engineering specialty driven by disci⁃pline competition,so as to improve the teaching quality of traffic engineering specialty,cultivate students’practi⁃cal ability,innovation ability,and ability to analyze and solve problems.
