摘　　要：应用型医学院校临床医学专业人才培养目标是培养熟练诊治常见病、多发病和部分疑难复杂疾病的合格医学生。当前应用型医学院校在转型发展上存在"不想转、不会转、不敢转"的问题,造成临床医学专业实践教学没有贯穿专业教学全过程、实践教学基地层次和教学水平相对较弱、学生普遍考研现象影响实践教学质量等问题。推进应用型医学院校的转型发展,实现应用型临床医学人才的培养,要通过深化人才培养方案和课程体系改革、强化附属教学医院实践教学质量、教育引导学生处理好考研与实习的关系、完善对应用型医学院校分类管理机制等措施,从而推动应用型医学院校的实质性转型发展,保障和提升临床医学专业人才培养质量。The goal of clinical teaching in application-orientated medical colleges is to train medical professionals who are skilled in diagnosing and treating common diseases,highly prevalent diseases,and some difficult and complex diseases.At present,there are adverse factors affecting the quality of clinical teaching,for instance,application-orientated medical colleges are largely"unwilling or unable to undergo changes or transformations"in their developmental modes.As a result,the practice teaching of clinical medicine fails to accomplish the whole process of professional training,the level and capacity of practice teaching bases are relatively low,and many medical students are preparing for the postgraduate entrance examinations during the training.In order to promote the transformation of these colleges and facilitate the training of clinical professionals,we should deepen the reform of training program and curriculum system,improve the quality of practice teaching in affiliated teaching hospitals,instruct the students to properly deal with the relationship between entrance examination and internship,and improve the categorized management of application-orientated medical colleges.
