摘 要:文章旨在评估麸皮作为纤维源补充木聚糖酶对肉鸡生长性能、盲肠发酵及菌群数量的影响。试验将体重接近的672只1日龄肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复28只鸡。在35 d的试验期间,试验日粮采用2×2因子设计,即2种纤维水平(4%和8%),木聚糖酶添加水平为0和80 mg/kg。结果:不同纤维水平日粮补充80 mg/kg木聚糖酶可显著提高肉鸡末重、日增重和饲料效率(P<0.05)。日粮纤维和酶添加水平对肉鸡平均日增重和饲料效率的影响具有显著交互作用(P<0.05)。不同纤维水平日粮补充80 mg/kg木聚糖酶可显著提高肉鸡盲肠乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和挥发性脂肪酸总量(P<0.05)。无论日粮纤维水平如何,补充80 mg/kg木聚糖酶显著降低了盲肠大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮麸皮添加水平可达到8%,对肉鸡生长性能及盲肠菌群数量无负面影响,但补充80 mg/kg木聚糖酶可降低肉鸡盲肠有害菌数量,改善盲肠短链脂肪酸数量及肉鸡生长性能。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of bran as fiber source supplementation with xylanase on growth performance,cecal fermentation and microflora number of broilers.A total of 6721-d broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 28 broilers per replicate.A 2×2 factor design was used for the 35 d trial period,i.e.,two fiber levels(4%and 8%)and enzyme supplemental levels(0 and 80 mg/kg).Results:Supplementation of 80 mg/kg xylanase in diets with different fiber levels significantly increased final weight,daily gain and feed efficiency of broilers(P<0.05).Dietary fiber and enzyme supplemental levels had significant interaction effects on average daily gain and feed efficiency of broilers(P<0.05).Supplementation of 80 mg/kg xylanase with different fiber levels significantly increased the total amount of acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and volatile fatty acid in cecum of broilers(P<0.05).Regardless of dietary fiber level,supplementation of 80 mg/kg xylanase significantly decreased the number of E.coli in cecum(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the experimental conditions,8%dietary bran supplemental level has no negative effects on the growth performance and the number of cecal microflora of broilers,but supplementation of 80 mg/kg xylanase can reduce the number of harmful microflora and improve the number of short chain fatty acids in the cecum and the growth performance of broilers.
