高职院校学生退学原因分析及应对措施探讨--以沙洲职业工学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校学生退学比例呈逐年上升趋势,给高职人才培养带来了较大的负面影响。在分析学院学生退学原因的基础上,探讨了贯穿学生学业生涯全过程的应对举措,有针对性地开展教育、管理、引导和帮扶,有效预防退学,激发学生学习活力,完成育人目标。The rate of dropout in higher vocational colleges is on the growth,bringing a negative effect on the quality of talent cultivation.On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the dropouts,this paper discusses the countermeasures throughout the learning stage for the students,specifically conducts the education,management,guidance and assistance to prevent the dropout effectively,motivates the students’enthusiasm and achieves the goal of education.
