摘  要:茶叶机械化符合我国茶叶生产大国的客观现实,能从根本上促进我国茶产业的发展。文章应用研究整合法,从机械概况、能源使用及技术创新等方面阐明近年来我国茶叶机械发展状况,并就目前存在的问题进行分析。我国茶叶机械发展起步较晚,初制机械研究发展速度较快,精制机械、茶园机械发展速度相对较慢,茶叶单机设备相对较为成熟,加工生产线部分可实现连续化。茶叶机械能源的使用趋于清洁化、节能化。高新技术的应用为茶叶机械的自动化、智能化发展注入新动力。但总体而言,茶叶机械仍存在标准化水平低,与工艺技术融合不够等问题,需要政府、茶机企业、技术人员和茶农的通力合作,共同促进我国茶机行业更好、更快地发展。Tea mechanization accords with the objective reality of China as a big tea producer and can fundamentally promote the development of China's tea industry.This study expounds the development of tea machinery in China in recent years from the aspects of its general situation,energy using and technological innovation,and analyzes the existing problems.The results showed that the development of tea machinery in China started late,the research on primary processing machinery developed rapidly while the refining machinery and tea garden machinery was relatively slow.Most of the single machine equipment of tea was mature,and most of the processing production lines could work in a continuous way.The use of tea machinery energy tends to be cleaner and energy-efficient.The application of high and new technology has injected new impetus into the automation and intelligent development of tea machinery.But on the whole,there are still some problems such as low standardization level and insufficient integration with process technology.This requires the cooperation of the government,tea machine enterprises,technical researchers and tea growers to promote China's tea machine industry development better and faster.
