摘  要:文章论述了白茶精制加工过程的关键技术要点,并介绍了一条集连续化、自动化、清洁化的白茶精制加工生产线。生产线具备以下特点:一是通过改进投料输送、应用双排式风选机等系列措施,解决了白茶流动性差的问题,从而实现流水线、自动化的作业方式;二是升级运用柜式匀堆拼配技术,提高白茶精制加工的拼配均匀度;三是研究白茶拼配过程降低断碎率和损耗率的技术措施,提高成品制率;四是运用自动送料、自动除杂、自动拼配、自动装箱、自动打包等自动化控制技术,有效提高生产效率、减轻员工劳动量;五是研发新型茶尘控制技术,改善目前行业中白茶精制加工过程中粉尘量大、卫生状况不佳、环境噪音大等问题。生产线投入使用后,产品质量和生产效率得到提升,生产安全更有保障,同时也取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。This study discussed the key technical points of white tea refining and introduced a continuous,automatic and clean refiningrefining production line of white tea.This production line had the following features:firstly,automatic delivery and two bank winnower solved the problem of mobility;secondly,the cabinet-type mixing and blending techniques were upgraded and applied to improve the blending uniformity of white tea production,thirdly,the technology of reducing breaking rate and loss rate improved the yield;fourthly,the automatic control technology of delivery,cleaning,blending and packaging efficiently improved the production and reduced the workload of workers.Finally,a novel dust control technique was developed and applied to solve the dust control,hygiene maintenance and noise control issues in current production procedures.After the application of the production line,both quality and efficiency have been improved,as well as production safety,economic effectiveness and social benefits.
