摘　　要：目的了解江苏省三级综合医院护士新发传染病应对能力现状及其影响因素。方法2020年11—12月对江苏省13个市三级综合医院的1674名护士进行问卷调查,内容包括护士基本特征和传染病突发事件应对能力。结果1674名护士新发传染病应对能力总分122.04±23.40分,处于中等偏上水平。单因素分析显示,不同性别、年龄、婚姻、学历、职称、工作年限、职务的护士应对能力总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有无参加新发传染病应急救援和传染病工作史、近5年参加传染病相关培训次数的护士应对能力总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,有无参加新发传染病应急救援、有无传染病工作史及近5年参加传染病相关培训次数是影响护士新发传染病应对能力的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论参加新发传染病应急救援、有传染病工作史及近5年参加传染病相关培训次数多的护士新发传染病应对能力相对较强。因此,在疫情防控进入常态化的今天,仍需加强护士培训,尤其是针对重点人群(缺少传染病应急救援及工作史的护士)的培训,以不断提高其应对新发传染病的能力。Objective To understand the current status and its infl uencing factors of nurses'ability to cope with emerging infectious diseases in tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu province.Methods A questionnaire survey of 1,674 nurses in tertiary general hospitals in 13 cities in Jiangsu province from November to December 2020 was conducted,including the basic characteristics of nurses and the ability to respond to infectious disease emergencies.Results The total score of 1,674 nurses to cope with emerging infectious diseases was 122.04±23.40 points,which was in the upper-middle level.Univariate analysis showed that there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the total scores of nurses'coping ability with diff erent genders,age,marriages,education backgrounds,professional titles,working years,and positions(P>0.05);there was a statistically signifi cant diff erence in the total score of nurses'coping ability in following items,such as whether the nurse had participated in emergency rescue of newly emerging infectious diseases,whether there was a history of infectious disease work,and the number of times that the nurse has participated in infectious disease-related training in the past 5 years(P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the whether nurses have participated in the emergency rescue of emerging infectious diseases,whether they have working history of infectious diseases and the number of times they have participated in training related to infectious diseases in the recent 5 years were the independent factors that aff ected the ability of nurses to cope with emerging infectious diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses who participated in emergency rescue of emerging infectious diseases,had a history of infectious disease work,and participated in infectious disease-related trainings in the past 5 years have relatively strong ability to cope with emerging infectious diseases.Therefore,as the prevention and control of the epidemic had become normal today,it was still necessary to
