摘　　要：以提升突发公共卫生事件下机场安检岗位的安全管理水平为出发点,分析了安检员在该背景下产生不安全行为的诱因。基于扎根理论构建突发公共卫生事件下机场安检员不安全行为理论模型,再通过描述性分析、相关性分析和中介效应检验,探讨个人综合素质、机场工作环境与安检员不安全行为之间的影响机制,以及个人综合素质在机场工作环境与不安全行为之间的中介作用。结果表明:个人综合素质对不安全行为存在显著的负向影响;机场工作环境对不安全行为存在显著的负向影响;个人综合素质与机场工作环境呈正相关关系;个人综合素质在机场工作环境与不安全行为之间起着不完全中介作用。Taking the safety management improvement of airport security checking posts under public health emergencies as the research starting point,the cause of security inspectors′unsafe behaviors under such background were analyzed.Firstly,a corresponding theoretical model of security inspectors′unsafe behaviors in airport under public health emergencies was constructed based on the grounded theory.Then the influence mechanism among personal comprehensive qualities,airport working environment and security inspectors′unsafe behaviors,as well as the mediating role of personal comprehensive qualities between airport working environment and unsafe behaviors,were explored through descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and intermediary effect test.The results show that personal comprehensive qualities have a significant negative impact on unsafe behaviors,and unsafe behaviors are also negatively affected by airport working environment,personal comprehensive qualities are positively correlated with airport working environment.Personal comprehensive qualities play an incomplete mediating role between airport working environment and unsafe behaviors.
