摘 要:社区教育是建设高质量教育体系、建成服务全民的终身教育体系的重要一环。中国社区教育起步较晚,理论与实践经验稍显不足。美国社区教育发展时间较长,体系较为完善,机构与人员众多。其中,加州社区学院以转学教育、职业教育、社区教育为核心的立体式多维课程体系有利于促进学生学术能力与职业技能的全面发展。借鉴加州社区学院发展经验,中国社区教育应当从丰富社区教育师资构成、完善社区教育转学机制、多样化职业教育内容以及建立社区教育与终身教育联动机制等方面加强自身建设。Community education is an important part of building a high-quality education system and a lifelong education system that serves all people.China’s community education started later,and is lacking of theoretical and practical experience.In the United States,community education has been developed for a longer period of time and has a more complete system with many institutions and personnel.Among them,the stereo multi-dimensional curriculum system of California community colleges,with transfer education,vocational education and community education as the core,is conducive to the overall development of students’academic ability and vocational skills.Drawing on the development experience of California community colleges,Chinese community education should strengthen its own construction in terms of enriching the composition of community education teachers,improving the college transfer mechanism,diversifying the content of vocational education,and establishing the linkage mechanism between community education and lifelong education.
