“数智经济”下农民工继续教育模式的创新发展策略

摘　　要：在"数智经济"时代,人工智能与大数据技术的兴起正在深刻影响继续教育产业,面向农民工的继续教育模式应当体现数智经济时代特征。简要介绍数智经济下农民工继续教育模式的新形态,基于此探究农民工继续教育的现状和现实需求,并提出构建农民工虚拟学习社区、强化数智技术应用与教学情景构建、政府提供更强有力的支持、净化网络教育环境等策略,为使继续教育模式与农民工发展的现实需求吻合,从而为提升继续教育的针对性提供新思路。In the era of“digital intelligence economy”,the rise of artificial intelligence and big data technology is profoundly affecting the continuing education industry.The continuing education model for migrant workers should reflect the characteristics of the era of digital intelligence economy.This article briefly introduces the new form of migrant workers’continuing education mode under the digital intelligence economy,based on this,explores the current situation and real needs of migrant workers’continuing education,and proposes to build a virtual learning community for migrant workers,to strengthen the application of digital intelligence technology and the construction of teaching scenarios,to provide more powerful support from the government,and to purify the network education environment and other strategies,in order to make the continuing education model consistent with the actual needs of the development of migrant workers,so as to provide new ideas for improving the pertinence of continuing education.
