摘　　要：高校党支部是高校党的工作和战斗力的基础,是高校基层组织建设的战斗堡垒,是党密切联系群众的纽带。调查发现,有的高校教师党支部还存在联系服务群众不够实,教育活动形式较单一,与学校中心工作结合不够紧等问题。新形势下,高校教师党支部建设应当形成向心力,提升吸引力,发挥战斗力,增强凝聚力,提高感召力,加强创造力。只有这样,才能充分发挥高校教师党支部的战斗堡垒作用。The Party branch in colleges and universities is the basis of all the work and combat effectiveness of the Party in colleges and universities.However,it is found in the investigation that the Party branch construction of college teachers still has some problems,such as insufficient contact and service for the masses,single form of educational activities,and insufficient combination with the central work of the school.Therefore,under the new situation,the Party branch construction of college teachers should form a centripetal force,enhance the attraction of the branch construction,give full play to the combat effectiveness of the branch construction,enhance the cohesion,appeal and creativity.Only in this way can we give full play to the role of the Party branch of college teachers as a fighting fortress.
