摘 要:目的以呼吸困难实验为例,学生通过实验,了解氯气引起肺水肿的机制及镜下肺水肿的形态学改变,从而进一步理解呼吸困难的概念及发病机制。通过观察实验教学中存在的不足,探索如何提高学生实践能力。方法用重铬酸钾与浓盐酸反应生成氯气,产生的氯气进入小鼠呼吸道引起中毒性肺水肿,作者对实验所用装置进行改良。结果肉眼及镜下均观察到肺水肿引起的肺表面苍白,含水量增多,部分支气管黏膜上皮变性、坏死,管壁周围组织中见明显炎性渗出等现象。改良后实验环境大大改善,学生更愿意参与到实验中,对实验结果的观察也不再草草了事。结论对实验手段进行摸索及改良,培养学生的思维能力,从而提高实验教学的质量。Objective As an example of dyspnea experiments,students learn about the mechanism of pulmonary edema caused by chlorine and the morphological changes of microscopic pulmonary edema,and further understand the concept and pathogenesis of dyspnea.By observing the shortcomings in experimental teaching,explore how to improve students’practical ability.Methods Potassium dichromate reacted with concentrated hydrochloric acid to form chlorine gas,and the generated chlorine gas entered the respiratory tract of mice to cause toxic pulmonary edema.The authors improved the experimental apparatus for generating chlorine gas.Results The surface of the lung caused by pulmonary edema was observed by the naked eye and under the microscope.The water content increased,some of the bronchial epithelium was degenerated,necrosis,and the inflammatory dysplasia was observed in the tissues surrounding the wall.After the improvement,the experimental environment was greatly improved,and students were more willing to participate in the experiment.The observation of the experimental results was no longer a hassle.Conclusion Exploring and improving experimental methods can cultivate students’thinking ability,thus improved the quality of experimental teaching.
