摘  要:皮肤病学是一门临床实践性非常强的学科,皮肤科需要临床实践技能、科研能力、文化素养等综合素质较高的医生。针对中医皮肤病学专业学位研究生培养中目前面临的问题,提出中医皮肤病学专业学位研究生需加强综合素质培养,因时因地优选专业研究生培养模式,比如多媒体技术联合CBL、LBL组合PBL、助手式门诊教学联合督导式门诊教学等教学模式,提出研究生未来培养中的思考以及展望。最终期望通过选用恰当的中医皮肤病学专业学位研究生培养模式,为医院皮肤科输送真正的能召之即来,来之能战的中医皮肤病学专业毕业生。Dermatology was a subject with strong clinical practice.Doctors were demanded to work in dermatology department who had high comprehensive quality,such as clinical practice skills,scientific research ability and cultural literacy.In view of the current problems about the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine,Some measures were put forward in this paper that postgraduates majoring in dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine should be strengthened by the cultivation of comprehensive quality and optimized by the cultivation modes of postgraduates according to the time and the place,such as multimedia technology combined with CBL,LBL combined with PBL,assistant outpatient teaching combined with supervision outpatient teaching,etc.,at the same time the reflection about the future cultivation of postgraduates and expectation were pointed out.To select the appropriate training modes of dermatology postgraduate of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide the dermatological department in the hospital with real graduates who could come and fight for dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine was the ultimate goal of this paper.
