摘  要:在明确中医执业医师分阶段考试中涉及四诊实训重点范围的基础上,结合现阶段中医类专业的培养目标和教学要求,阐述了在中医诊断学四诊实训教学过程中培养学生临床思维和实践技能的途径和方法,积极促进课程与临床需求相结合。以中医执业医师考试分阶段考核的侧重为切入点,突出中医诊断学实训课的重点,引导中医专业学生在课程学习阶段构建中医思维,以便提高中医执业医师两阶段考试的通过率,培养高素质的临床中医专业人才。On the basis of clarifying the key scope of the four-diagnosis training involved in the staged examination of TCM practitioners,combined with the current training goals and teaching requirements of TCM majors,it elaborated on the training of students in the four-diagnosis training teaching process of TCM diagnostics The approaches and methods of clinical thinking and practical skills actively promote the integration of this course with clinical needs.Taking the staged assessment of TCM practitioners as the entry point,highlight the focus of TCM diagnostics training courses,and guide TCM students to construct TCM thinking in the course learning stage,so as to improve the pass rate of the two stages of TCM practitioners’exams and train them,and cultivate high-quality clinical TCM professionals.
