摘  要:为评估琼胶粉替代异育银鲫饲料中淀粉对异育银鲫生长和抗氧化性能的影响,试验以不含琼胶粉的基础饲料为对照组饲料,以1%(D1组)、3%(D2组)、5%(D3组)琼胶粉替代淀粉配制成的饲料为试验组饲料(所有饲料均等氮等脂),饲喂规格一致的异育银鲫幼鱼[初始重(10.32±0.16)g],每组3个重复,每个重复25尾试验鱼,饲喂8周后,测定试验鱼生长消化、体成分、抗氧化能力等相关指标,结果表明:本试验中,随着琼胶粉添加量的增加,异育银鲫的增重率呈先上升后下降趋势,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05);D3组肝脏脂肪含量、全鱼粗蛋白质含量、干物质表观消化率分别比对照组显著下降7.75%、7.56%和4.00%(P<0.05);D2和D3组前肠淀粉酶活性分别比对照组显著下降19.80%和26.99%(P<0.05),但各组前肠蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05);随着琼胶粉添加量的增加,过氧化氢酶与超氧化物歧化酶(CAT/SOD)的比值逐渐下降,D3组肝脏酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、CAT的活性及CAT/SOD比值分别比对照组显著下降11.00%、19.61%和16.07%(P<0.05);D2和D3组血清总胆固醇含量分别比对照组显著下降11.00%和8.33%(P<0.05)。琼胶粉替代淀粉对异育银鲫的生长性能无明显影响。本试验条件下,当琼胶粉添加量达5%时,有助于降低异育银鲫肝脏粗脂肪和血清胆固醇含量,在一定程度上减轻了鱼体的抗氧化压力,但鱼体免疫力也会受到一定的负面影响。In order to evaluate the feasibility of using the agar powder in instead of the starch as the feed ingredient for the Carassius auratus gibelio,the diet without agar served as a control diet,the agar-based diets which formulated to contain 1%(group D1),3%(group D2),5%(group D3)agar by substituting starch(all the diets were isonitrogenousand isolipid)were fed to Carassius auratus gibelio with similar size[initial weight(10.32±0.16)g]in the aquaculture system.Three repeats for each group,each group had 25 tail of test fish.After feeding 8 weeks,the relevant indicators of growth performance,body composition and the antioxidative ability of the experimental fish were tested.The results showed that with the increased agar level,the weight gain(WG)of the fish was increased first and then decreased,but there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05);the fat content of the liver,the crude protein content of whole fish and the apparent digestibility of dry matter in group D3 was 7.75%,7.56%and 4.00%significantly lower than that of the control group respectively(P<0.05);The amylase activities in anterior intestine of groups D2 and D3 were 19.80%and 26.99%significantly lower than that of the control group respectively(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in protease and lipase activities in anterior intestine among all the groups(P>0.05);With the increased agar level,the ratio of catalase(CAT)/superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased gradually,and the activities of ACP,CAT and CAT/SOD in liver of group D3 were 11.00%,19.61%and 16.08%significantly lower than that of the control group respectively(P<0.05);The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC)in groups D2 and D3 were 11.00%and 8.33%significantly lower than that of the control group respectively(P<0.05).The replacement of starch with agar powder had no significant effect on the growth performance of the fish.Under this experimental condition,when the addition level of agar powder reached 5%,it was helpful to reduce the liver crude fat content and serum
