“一引领、两驱动”的“三元共同体”应用型人才培养模式改革与实践

摘　　要：培养适应地方经社会发展需要的一流应用型人才是地方高校的历史使命。分析了当前地方高校应用型人才培养的主要问题,对内蒙古民族大学多年来探索人才培养模式改革成果进行了系统梳理,提出了以课程思政共同体为引领、师生学习共同体和产教融合共同体为驱动的“三元共同体”人才培养模式。“三元共同体”相互融通、相互支持、相互促进,创新了地方高校人才培养模式,强化了学生的价值引领,提高了学生自主学习能力和创新创业能力,提升了应用型人才培养质量。To cultivate first-class applied talents who meet the needs of local economic and social develop-ment is a historical mission of the local college.This paper analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of ap-plied talents in local college,and systematically sorted out the achievements in college’s exploration of talent training mode over the years.A“ternary community”talent training model is proposed,which is led by the curric-ulum ideological and political community,and driven by the teacher-student learning community and the indus-tryeducation integration community.The“ternary community”integrates,supports and promotes each other,in-novating the talent training model of local college,strengthening the value guidance of students,improving stu-dents'autonomous learning ability and innovation-entrepreneurship ability,and improving the quality of applica-tionoriented talent training.
