摘　　要：职业教育内卷是指职业教育发展到一定程度,出现的发展停滞、突破乏术、无以为进的现象。从人性的弱点、创新的缺失和哲学原理阐释三个视角审思了职业教育内卷的机理,基于分门别类认知事物、明确概念外延的方法,将其划分为质量内卷、折腾内卷、漂移内卷和创新内卷,并提出了学习赋能突破、问题机遇突破、韧性坚守突破、创新发展突破的治理之道。The involution of vocational education refers to the phenomenon of stagnation in development,fa⁃tigue in breaking through,and lack of improvement when vocational education develops to a certain extent.This paper examines the mechanism of"involution"of vocational education from three perspectives:the weak⁃ness of human nature,the lack of innovation and the interpretation of philosophical principles.Based on the method of recognizing things by categories and clarifying the extension of concepts,it is divided into quality"involution",tossing"involution",drift"involution"and innovation"involution".Then it puts forward the gov⁃ernance ways of learning empowerment breakthrough,problem opportunity breakthrough,tenacity persistence breakthrough and innovation and development breakthrough.
