摘  要:教育高质量发展必须是教育如其所是的高质量发展。“祛教育化”高质量发展主要表现为外在功用对内在价值的挤压,绩效主义的竞争和教育精神之疲乏。所谓教育高质量发展,必须坚持教育在发展逻辑和发展价值上的优先性,系统考虑教育的内在规范、主体满意度和自身特性。高质量发展教育,需要做到:正确理解教育高质量发展之目的,坚守教育的初心和底线,还教育和学术应有的自由与尊严,辩证处理教育发展所面临的各种复杂关系。以此,教育高质量发展即教育对其本真的回归与实现。What the high-quality development of education needs is the high-quality development of education as it is.A“de-educationalized”high-quality development is mainly manifested in the fact that the internal value of education is overwhelmed by its external functions,in the competition caused by the worship of performance,and in the decline of educational spirit.The so-called high-quality development of education must adhere to the priority of education proper in development logic and development value,and systematically consider the internal norms of education,subject satisfaction,and the characteristics of true education.High-quality development of education requires:a correct understanding of the purpose of high-quality development of education;adherence to the original intention and bottom line of education;and giving the freedom and dignity back to education and research;and dialectically handling the various complex relationships facing education development.The high-quality development of education is expected to return to the true nature of education.
