摘　　要：新发展理念下,传统资源型企业的绿色转型迫在眉睫。本文以企业文化作为转型的深层次动因,以中盐金坛盐化有限责任公司为例,探究纵向一体化战略促进企业绿色转型机理,从物质流和价值流两个方面度量纵向一体化的循环经济效应。研究结果表明:传统资源型企业的绿色转型是增强企业竞争力的必由之路,“企业文化—纵向一体化—技术创新—绿色转型”的过程机理具有理论和实践上的可行性,企业通过绿色转型获得了显著的循环经济效应。基于研究结论,文章提出企业在绿色转型过程中要注重企业文化的无形推动力,通过一体化战略对产业链进行重构和优化,以技术创新促进企业绿色转型。Under the new development concept,the green transformation of traditional resource-oriented enterprises is urgent.The paper takes corporate culture as the deep motivation of transformation,and takes Zhongyan Jintan as an example to explore the mechanism of promoting enterprise green transformation,and measures the circular economic effect of vertical integration from the two aspects of material flow and value flow.The research results show that the green transformation of traditional resource-oriented enterprises is the only way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the process mechanism of"corporate culture-vertical integration-technological innovation-green transformation"is theoretically and practically feasible,and enterprises have achieved significant circular economy effect through green transformation.In the process of green transformation,we should pay attention to the invisible driving force of corporate culture,reconstruct and optimize the industrial chain through the integration strategy,and promote the green transformation of enterprises through technological innovation.
