摘  要:为实现原酒乙酸乙酯含量的快速分析,及时地为原酒入库分级提供数据参考。利用近红外光谱技术对原酒样品进行光谱扫描,并结合传统分析方法,最终建立了原酒乙酸乙酯指标的快速分析模型。结果表明,所建模型的各线性关系较好,R^(2)均在0.95以上,且模型内部参数RMSEC、RMSECV和RMSEP值均较小且相近,分别为7.87、9.22和9.42,模型的质量较好;另取验证样品对模型进行外部验证,通过与传统分析方法的检测结果进行比较,模型预测的平均相对误差为2.8%,同时两种方法的检测值之间不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),说明模型具有较好的预测能力,可用于实际生产分析检测。In order to quickly detect ethyl acetate content of the base liquor and timely provide data reference for the quality grade judgment of the base liquor.NIR combined with conventional analytical method was used to treat the NIR maps of the samples,and establish the rapid analysis model of ethyl acetate index of the base liquor.The results showed that R^(2) of the model were relatively good,and the values all above 0.95,the model parameters of RMSEC,RMSECV and RMSEP were relatively small and near,and the values respectively were 7.87,9.22 and 9.42,it indicated that the quality of the model was relatively good.Moreover,another samples were taken to do external validation of the model,and the results were compared with those of conventional analytical method,it showed that the average relative error of the model was 2.8%,and two sets of data had no significant difference(P>0.05),which indicated that the model had relatively good prediction ability and can be used for daily production analysis.
