摘 要:当前,我国的教育事业已经进入了新时代。在这种形势下。教师的角色已不再是单纯的传道授业解惑。而是越来越多地激励学生思考、开发学生潜能,为其成为终身学习者打下坚实基础。本文就此论述了教师角色转换及其实现途径,以期有益于广大教师在新时代更快成长。At present, China’s education has entered a new era. In this situation, the role of teachers is no longer simply propagating the doctrine, imparting professional knowledge, and resolving doubts, but more and more encouraging students to think and develop their potential, so as to lay a solid foundation for them to become lifelong learners. This paper discusses the transformation of teachers’ role and its realization ways, in order to benefit the majority of teachers to grow faster in the new era.
