摘 要:为了解决老人上床及起身困难等问题,设计了一种辅助老人上床的装置。对老人腿部上床轨迹进行分析,基于数学建模,以球面和圆锥面的相交圆锥截交线来模拟腿部抬升轨迹,设计了一种空间连杆机构来实现腿部抬升;进行了具体结构设计及运动仿真分析。仿真结果说明,该装置能够实现腿部抬升轨迹并且运行状态平稳,验证了其理论可行性。进行实物搭建并进行了真人测试,证明该装置机构巧妙,结构紧凑,能够实现辅助腿部抬升,可适配不同床型,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve difficulties of going to bed and getting up for the elderly,a device is designed to assist them in going to bed.The track of the elderly′s leg going to bed is analyzed.Based on mathematical modeling,the leg lift trajectory is simulated by intersection curves between spherical surface and conical surface,a spatial linkage is designed to help leg lift and its specific structure design and motion simulation are analyzed.The simulation results show that the device can realize leg lift trajectory and run smoothly,the theoretical feasibility is verified.The physical construction and practical test are carried out,it is proved that the device has clever mechanism and compact structure and can realize auxiliary leg lift,can be adapted to different bed types and has a broad application prospect.
