摘 要:以RV-40E减速器为对象,通过模态仿真与模态实验相结合的方法,对RV减速器进行了自由模态下的动态特性研究。首先,基于Ansys进行RV-40E减速器整机建模与仿真,得到固有频率与振型的仿真结果;然后,对国内和纳博特斯克(Nabtesco)RV-40E减速器的整机实验模态进行对比测试,结果表明,国内RV-40E减速器的1阶模态普遍低于纳博特斯克产品,最大差异为11.1%。同时,将仿真与实验结果进行对比,1阶模态的国内最大差异为-5.8%,纳博特斯克为+5.9%。研究为RV减速器结构优化设计以及模态性能分析提供了有效数据和方法。Taking RV-40E reducer as the object,the dynamic characteristics of RV reducer under free mode are studied by combining modal simulation and modal analysis experiment.Firstly,the RV reducer is modeled and simulated based on Ansys,and the simulation results of natural frequency and mode shape are obtained.After comparing the experimental modalities of the domestic and Nabtesco RV-40E reducer,the test results show that the first-order modal of domestic RV-40E reducer is generally lower than that of Nabtesco,with a maximum difference of 11.1%.At the same time,the simulation and experimental results are compared.The largest domestic difference in the first-order mode is -5.8%,and that of Nabtesco is +5.9%.The above research provides effective data and methods for the structural optimization design and modal performance analysis of the RV reducer.
