磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的分析磁性附着体应用在口腔修复当中的效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年8月来我院进行口腔修复的64例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,观察组患者选择磁性附着体进行口腔修复治疗,对照组患者通过传统的残根设置附着体进行口腔修复治疗,比较不同治疗方案的效果。结果①观察组[93.75%(30/32)]治疗之后的治疗总有效率明显比对照组[71.88%(23/32)]更高(P<0.05)。②观察组[9.38%(3/32)]治疗之后不良反应发生率明显比对照组[37.50%(12/32)]更低(P<0.05)。③治疗后,观察组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、疼痛质量改善效果均比对照组更好(P<0.05)。④治疗后,观察组生活质量明显比对照组更理想(P<0.05)。⑤治疗以后,观察组固位与稳定、咀嚼功能性、舒适性、语言流畅性、视觉美观性、价格接受度和总体满意度等评分明显比对照组更理想(P<0.05)。结论对口腔修复患者在进行治疗时对患者通过磁性附着体进行口腔修复所取得的效果更好,可以提高患者总体的治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,改善患者的负面情绪并减轻疼痛,提高整体生活质量,提升整体满意度,具有推广的意义。Objective To analyze the effect of magnetic attachments in oral prosthetics.Methods A total of 64 patients who came to our hospital for dental prosthesis from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group chose magnetic attachments.For oral prosthetic treatment,the control group was treated with conventional residual root attachment for oral prosthetic treatment,and the effects of different treatment regimens were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of treatment after treatment in the observation group[93.75%(30/32)]was significantly higher than that of the control group[71.88%(23/32)](P<0.05).(2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group[9.38%(3/32)]after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group[37.50%(12/32)](P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the quality of anxiety,depression,and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The quality of life of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)After treatment in the observation group,the scores of retention and stability,chewing function,comfort,language fluency,visual aesthetics,price acceptance,and overall satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control The group was more ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of oral restoration on patients with magnetic attachments during treatment is better,which can improve the overall treatment effect of patients and reduce adverse reactions Incidence rate,improving the negative emotions of patients and reducing pain,improving the overall quality of life,and improving overall satisfaction,which has the significance of promotion.
