高职院校课程思政目标体系构建与实施路径探析--以“保险实务”课程为例

摘　　要：思想政治教育对高职院校培养现代化的实用型人才具有重要意义,专业课程将成为思想政治教育最为关键的渠道之一。中国保险业发展迅速,逐渐成为高职金融专业学生的主要就业方向,“保险实务”作为专业必修课,尚未形成课程与思想政治融合的行之有效的实施方案。通过分析保险业在中国的发展现状、属性特征,结合“保险实务”课程的教学目标与内容,构建课程思政的三级目标体系,并根据高职学生的特点,从家国情怀、爱岗敬业、个人素养三方面分别提出实施建议。Ideological and political education is of great significance to train modern practical talents in higher vocational colleges,and professional courses will become one of the most critical channels of ideological and political education.Insurance industry is developing rapidly in China,and has gradually become the main employment direction of higher vocational finance students.Insurance Practice is a compulsory subject of the major,and an effective plan to integrate the course and ideological and political education has not yet established.Through the analysis of the status quo of insurance industry in China and its natural property,a three-level target system of“curriculum ideological and political education”is constructed in combination with the teaching objectives and content of the Insurance Practice course.According to the characteristics of higher vocational students,the implementation suggestions are put forward in terms of patriotism,dedication to work and personal quality.
