摘　　要：培养创新型人才是“双一流”建设的重要任务。在南京中医药大学中药学一流学科建设背景下,文章从一流师资队伍建设、专业人才培养模式改革、教育环境建设等方面,积极探索中药学创新型人才的培养思路及方法。Cultivating innovative talents is one of the main tasks of “Double First-Class” construction.Under the background of the construction of the first-class discipline of Chinese Materia Medica at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,the article actively explores the training ideas and methods of innovative talents from construction of first-class teachers,reform of professional personnel training mode,construction of educational environment.
