摘 要:目的通过调查了解器官移植专科护士职业延迟满足、建言行为及职业生命质量水平,并分析各变量间的关系。方法2018年6—8月,采用一般情况调查问卷、建言行为量表、职业生命质量量表及职业延迟满足量表对福建省2所具有器官移植资质的三级甲等医院通过器官移植专科培训的护士进行调查,分析其职业生命质量得分的影响因素及各变量间的关系。结果建言行为、职业延迟满足与职业生命质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。工作延迟满足和促进性建言行为是职业生命质量的重要预测因子(β=0.34~0.44,P<0.001);职业延迟满足在建言行为与职业生命质量间起着中介作用(回归系数为0.108,95%CI为0.049~0.179)。结论器官移植专科护士职业生命质量得分处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者可通过多种措施培养护士的建言行为与职业延迟满足,进而提高护士的职业生命质量。Objective To investigate the vocational delay of gratification,voice behavior and quality of work life among organ transplant nurses,and to analyze the relationship between each variable.Methods From June to August 2018,the nurses who passed organ transplant training in 2 Grade Ⅲ-A hospitals with organ transplant qualifications in Fujian Province were selected.They were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,Voice Behavior Scale,Quality of Work Life Scale and Vocational Delay of Gratification Scale,and analyzed for the influencing factors of their quality of work life scores and the relationship between each variable.Results There was a positive correlation between voice behavior,vocational delay of gratification and quality of work life(P<0.01).Vocational delay of gratification and promotive voice behavior were important predictors of quality of work life(β=0.34~0.44,P<0.001);vocational delay of gratification played a mediating role between voice behavior and quality of work life(regression coefficient:0.108,95%CI:0.049~0.179).Conclusion The quality of work life score of organ transplant nurses is at the middle-upper level.Nursing administrators can cultivate their voice behavior and vocational delay of gratification through a variety of measures,and thus improve their quality of work life.
