摘　　要：目的探讨个性化教学模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月—2019年1月轮转至中国医科大学附属盛京医院消化内科共255名住培学员纳入研究对比,随机分为2组,传统教学组(n=127)及个性化教学组(n=128)。在出科时比较两组学生的教学活动参与率、出科考试成绩、对消化内科教学活动的评分。结果个性化教学组在教学活动参与率,出科考试成绩中理论考核和临床能力,对教学活动评分方面明显高于传统教学组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05),出科考试成绩中基本技能操作两组间无统计学差异。结论个性化教学综合运用了PBL教学、翻转课堂等新兴教学方法,结合雨课堂等智慧课堂手段,提高了住培学员的主观能动性,最大程度地挖掘了每位学员的能力,值得在规培教学中逐步推广应用。Objective To study the efficiency of individualized teaching mode in gastroenterology resident standardization training.Methods A total of 255 residents were enrolled in the study from January 2017 to January 2019,transferred to the Department of Gastroenterology of Shengjing Hospital.They were randomly divided into 2 groups:The traditional teaching group(n=127)and the individualized teaching group(n=128).The participation rate of teaching activities,the scores of final tests and the scores of teaching evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the participation rate of teaching activities,the scores of the theoretical examination and the clinical ability and the gradings of teaching evaluation.The individualized teaching group scores were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups of the clinical operation skills.Conclusion The individualized teaching improves the subjective initiative of students and maximizes the potentiality of each student by the comprehensive application of PBL teaching and the flipped classroom modes and the intelligent classroom means such as rain class.The individualized teaching mode is worth popularizing and applying in the resident training.
