摘 要:随着大数据科学的发展,医学信息处理与分析课程已经成为研究生学习的热门课程。医学信息处理与分析是应用计算机技术解决生物医学领域关键问题的跨学科课程,具有交叉度高、实践性强的特点,而研究生课程更需要面向医学实际问题和紧跟学科研究的前沿,因此这对课程的教学提出了更高的要求,医学信息处理与分析课程的教学改革势在必行。结合本课程多年的教学实践经验以及科学研究成果,教学团队从课程教学内容设计、教学模式改革、课后互动、多样化教学效果评价等方面开展了深入的教学探索及实践。教学内容上贯彻教研结合的教育理念,结合最新的科研成果进行了教学案例开发,使学生了解科学研究的过程和最新的科学前沿。教学模式上开展了“理论教学+案例教学”的课程教学探索,每一个理论章节都伴随着教学案例的演示,使学生能更形象的理解教学内容。课后互动和多样化教学效果评价则更侧重于学生个性化的培养。课堂教学改革落实了“以学生为中心”教育理念。教学实践结果证明,医学信息处理与分析课程教学实践方案取得了较好的教学效果。With the development of big data science,medical information processing and analysis course has become a popular course for graduate students.Medical information processing and analysis is an interdisciplinary course which uses computer technology to solve the key problems in biomedical field.It has the characteristics of high degree of intersection and strong practicality.The postgraduate course needs to face the actual medical problems and keep up with the frontier of subject research.Therefore,it puts forward higher requirements for the teaching of the course,and the teaching reform of medical information processing and analysis is imperative that's ok.Combined with many years of teaching practice experience and scientific research results,the teaching team has carried out in-depth teaching exploration and practice from the aspects of curriculum teaching content design,teaching mode reform,after class interaction,diversified teaching effect evaluation,etc.In the teaching content,the educational idea of combining teaching with research is implemented,and the teaching case development is carried out in combination with the latest scientific research achievements,so that students can understand the process of scientific research and the latest scientific frontier.In the teaching mode,the course teaching exploration of"theory teaching+Case Teaching"is carried out.Each theoretical chapter is accompanied by the demonstration of teaching cases,so that students can understand the teaching content more vividly.After class interaction and diversified teaching effect evaluation are more focused on the cultivation of students'individuality.The reform of classroom teaching implements the educational concept of"student-centered".The teaching practice results show that the teaching practice program of medical information processing and analysis has achieved good teaching effect.
