摘 要:2020年新冠疫情期间,为落实教育部“停课不停学”指示精神,南京农业大学获批建设的2018年度国家级虚拟仿真实验教学项目“乳化肠规模化生产的虚拟仿真实验”积极推进在线应用。通过对相关高校食品专业学生在线使用情况的调查,并构建多元线性回归模型,分析了在线虚拟仿真实验教学的实施效果及未来使用的接受程度。发现虚拟仿真实验教学施行情况良好,学生对实验的完成度评价较高。学生对虚拟仿真实验的了解程度、兴趣以及实验形式是影响教学效果和未来使用的关键因素。在线虚拟仿真实验在教学实践中不可避免地存在一定的问题,需要从多终端跨平台、人机交互性和虚实结合等方面进行改进。With the aim of implementing"learning ongoing despite class suspended",national virtual simulation experiment project"virtual simulation experiment of large-scale production of emulsified sausage"approved by Nanjing Agricultural University actively promoted the online application under the background of new epidemic situation in 2020.Through the investigation of the online use in food majors in relevant universities,a multiple linear regression model was constructed,and the implementation effects of online virtual simulation experiment teaching and the acceptance of future use were further analyzed.The investigation found that the implementation of virtual simulation experiment teaching was satisfying,and students had a high evaluation of the completion of the experiment.Understanding degree,interest and experimental form of virtual simulation experiments were the key factors that affected the teaching effect and future use.Since the full implementation of this online virtual simulation experiment was an emergency measure launched on the background of epidemic prevention and controlling,certain problems inevitably followed in teaching practice.Therefore,improvement measures should be adopted in the aspects of multi-terminal cross-platform,human-computer interaction and the combination of virtual and real.
