摘  要:目的了解河南省市售谷薯类食品中铅污染状况,评估居民经谷薯类食品铅暴露水平及健康风险。方法2015—2019年在河南省152个区县采集检测4379份市售谷薯类食品铅含量,依据国标限值评价铅污染程度,结合消费量数据计算铅暴露量,采用暴露边界比和个人年风险评估暴露水平与健康风险。结果市售谷薯类食品铅平均含量为0.0441 mg/kg,合格率97.28%,居民经谷薯类食品平均每天铅暴露量为0.2572μg/(kg BW),高端暴露人群(P95)为0.9331μg/(kg BW),铅暴露的平均MOE值为4.67,铅平均个人年风险值为2.62×10^(-8)/年。结论河南省谷薯类食品受铅污染程度较轻,居民经谷薯类食品铅平均暴露量处于可接受水平,但需关注高暴露人群的健康风险。Objective To investigate the lead pollution in commercially cereals and tubers,and to evaluate the lead exposure and health risk of the residents in Henan Province.Methods The concentrations of lead in 4379 food samples collected from 152 districts in Henan from 2015 to 2019 were detected,and the pollution degree was evaluated by the lead limit standard in GB 2762-2017.Margin of exposure was used to estimate lead dietary exposure which was calculated based on the consumption data,and carcinogenic risks was used to evaluate the health risk.Results The mean detection value of lead in commercially cereals and tubers was 0.0441 mg/kg,and the qualified rate was 97.28%,The mean daily lead exposure of cereal and tuber foods was 0.2572μg/(kg bw),and 0.9331μg/(kg bw)for high consumers(P95),the mean MOE value of lead was 4.67,The mean individual health risk of lead was 2.62×10^(-8)(a^(-1)).Conclusion Cereal and tuber foods in Henan Province are less polluted by lead,and the mean lead intake of the residents is acceptable.However,the health risk of high exposure population still needs more consideration.
