摘  要:辐照是一种食品加工技术,广泛用于食品的抑芽、杀虫、杀菌等,近年来新冠肺炎疫情爆发和流行,辐照还被认为在食品检验检疫和疫情防控方面具有广阔的应用前景。随着辐照食品市场增长迅速,辐照食品出现一些问题,因此需要监督管理部门给与足够的重视。本文通过系统概述辐照食品的相关法规标准,分析了辐照食品存在的问题,提出监管建议,认为辐照工艺、辐照食品质量、辐照标识的管理是重点监管环节,有效监管这些重点环节,需要相关主管部门的共同努力。Irradiating process is one of food producing technology.It is used to prevent sprouting,control pests and sterilize.It is also supposed to use in disinfection of epidemic-related foods during the COVID-19 pandemic.As the amount of irradiated foods increasing these years,some problems have been appearing,therefore,attention should be paid by the supervision and management departments.In this paper,the relevant laws and standards of irradiated foods are systematically summarized,the problems existing in irradiated food are analyzed,and the supervision suggestions are put forward.It is believed that the management of irradiation technology,irradiation food quality and irradiation labeling are the key links,and the effective supervision of these key links requires the joint efforts of relevant competent departments.
