论时代新人道德特质的培育

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代。教育需要适应时代发展,进一步回答好"培养什么样的人、怎样培养人"等关键问题。新时代需要有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人,时代新人必须具备明大德、守公德、严私德等道德特质。培育时代新人的道德特质有利于时代新人健康成长,有利于社会和谐稳定发展,有利于中国梦如期实现。在培育时代新人道德特质的过程中,要发挥国家的保障作用、强化社会的导向作用、增强学校的教化作用和重视家庭的涵养作用。As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, education needs to adapt to the development of the times and further answer the key questions of “what kind of people to cultivate” and “how to cultivate people”. The new era needs new people with ideals, abilities and responsibilities. New people of the era must have the moral characteristics of cherishing national devotion, abiding by public morality and strict private morality. Cultivating the moral characteristics of new people of the times is conducive to their the healthy growth, the harmonious and stable development of society, and the realization of the Chinese Dreams on schedule. In the process of cultivating the moral characteristics of new people in the times, we should give play to the security role of the state, strengthen the guiding role of society, enhance the educational role of schools and pay attention to the self-cultivation role of families.
