摘 要:我国残疾人高等教育是在改革开放中发展起来的,经历了初步发展、快速发展和蓬勃发展三个阶段,其中高等融合教育发展较快,已经成为我国残疾人高等教育的主要形式。经过四十多年的发展,我国残疾人高等教育在办学规模、人才培养、专业设置与结构、师资队伍建设、招生就业以及国际合作与交流等方面取得显著成绩。对我国残疾人高等教育发展面临的形势与任务进行分析,提出以融合教育为主要教育安置形式、加强学科与专业建设、深化课程与教学改革、提升师资专业化水平、健全支持保障体系等发展建议。China’s higher education for the disabled develops in the reform and opening up.It experiences three stages of emergence and preliminary development,rapid development and vigorous development,among which higher inclusive education develops rapidly and has become the main form of higher education for the disabled in China.After more than 40 years of development,China’s higher education for the disabled has made remarkable achievements in school scale,personnel training,specialty setting and structure,faculty building,recruitment and employment,and international cooperation and exchanges.According to the situation and tasks of the development of higher education for the disabled in China,some suggestions are put forward,such as taking inclusive education as the main part,strengthening the construction of disciplines and specialties,deepening the reform of curriculum and teaching,improving the professional level of teachers,and perfecting the support system.
