摘 要:非圆锥齿轮在啮合传动过程中,存在着振动和冲击的问题,为此,提出了一种基于ADAMS和MATLAB的非圆锥齿轮传动的仿真控制方法。首先,对非圆锥齿轮的设计建模进行了简述,分析了阶数和偏心率对其传动比的影响;然后,将建立好的非圆锥齿轮模型导入到ADAMS中,进行了约束、运动副、驱动力、输入输出变量等的设定,利用ADAMS/Control模块与MATLAB/Simulink接口建立了数据传递关系,在MATLAB/Simulink中生成了非圆锥齿轮机械系统模块;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink模块中搭建了其联合仿真控制系统,对其进行了控制仿真分析。研究结果表明:通过对仅有恒值输入和添加PI控制模块的仿真结果对比分析可知,在添加PI控制模块之后,从动轮角速度和角加速度曲线的幅值和频率都明显减小,即非圆锥齿轮传动中的振动和冲击减小,验证了该控制策略的正确性与可行性,为非圆锥齿轮传动减振性能的控制设计与开发提供了一种新手段;该结果有利于非圆锥齿轮的应用和推广。Aiming at the vibration and impact problems in the process of non-bevel gear meshing transmission,a co-simulation control method of non-bevel gear transmission based on ADAMS and MATLAB was proposed.Firstly,the design model of non-bevel gear is introduced briefly,and the influence of order and eccentricity on transmission ratio is analyzed.Then the established non-bevel gear model was imported into ADAMS to set the constraints,motion pairs,driving force,input and output variables,etc.The ADAMS/Control module and MATLAB/Simulink interface were used to establish the data transmission relationship,and MATLAB/Simulink non-bevel gear mechanical system module was generated.Finally,the co-simulation control system was set up in the MATLAB/Simulink module,and the control simulation analysis was carried out.The experimental results show that,by comparing and analyzing the simulation results of only constant value input and adding PI control module,it can be seen that after adding PI control module,the driven wheel angular velocity and angular acceleration curve of the amplitude and frequency are significantly reduced,that is,the vibration and impact of the cone gear drive are reduced and the correctness and feasibility of this control strategy are verified.It provides a modern means for the control design and development of vibration damping performance of non-bevel gear transmission,realizes mechatronic integration,and is beneficial to the application and promotion of non-bevel gear.
